04:30 AM EST, 02/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EHang Holdings ( EH ) said late Monday it has agreed to cooperate with Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group and Hefei Guoxian to establish a joint venture for the construction of a low-altitude aircraft factory.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the agreement, the three companies will collaborate on R&D, manufacturing and sales of new electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, the company said.
