07:59 AM EDT, 05/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- EHealth ( EHTH ) said Thursday that Chief Financial Officer John Stelben is retiring and will step down from his position at the end of August.

The company named John Dolan, eHealth's chief accounting officer, as CFO effective Aug. 31. Dolan will also serve as the company's principal financial and accounting officer.

Stelben will remain with the company as an adviser through the end of 2024 to help with the transition.
