E-Home Household Service Launching 1-for-25 Share Consolidation

04:52 PM EDT, 03/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- E-Home Household Service ( EJH ) said Wednesday it will launch a share consolidation of its shares at a ratio of not less than 1-for-25, effective at the opening of trading on March 30.

The company said the move is mainly to comply with a Nasdaq rule related to the minimum bid price per share of its stock.

E-Home shares were down 18% in after-hours activity.
