02:52 PM EDT, 04/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Elanco Animal Health ( ELAN ) said Monday it has appointed Ancora Holdings' nominees Kathy Turner and Craig Wallace as two new independent directors to its board.

Turner most recently served as chief marketing officer at IDEXX Laboratories, while Wallace brings over 30 years of experience from companies including Fort Dodge Animal Health, Trupanion ( TRUP ) , and Ceva.

Elanco also signed a cooperation agreement with Ancora and its affiliates, which includes customary standstill, voting, and other provisions, the company said.
