Elastic Authorizes $500 Million Stock Buyback; Shares Rise After Hours

05:11 PM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Elastic (ESTC) authorized the repurchase of $500 million of common shares as market conditions warrant.

The buyback program has no expiration date, the company said Thursday in a statement.

Elastic shares rose 9.4% in after-hours trading.
