05:40 AM EDT, 04/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Elbit Systems ( ESLT ) said Tuesday it secured a contract worth about $50 million to provide its new Red Sky air defense system to an international customer.

The company said Red Sky is designed as protection against low-altitude aerial threats. Elbit System did not identify its customer but said the contract will be executed over a two-year period.
