Elbit Systems to Cap CEO Annual Bonus at $2.5 Million

07:43 AM EDT, 04/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Elbit Systems ( ESLT ) said Monday it aims to cap the annual bonus to its chief executive officer at $2.5 million, instead of the $3 million it previously proposed.

The Israeli defense contractor said in an amendment to its Feb. 21 Securities and Exchange filing to report that the company would convene an April 18 shareholders meeting to vote on measures to reduce the annual bonus and amend the contract of the current chief executive Bezhalel Machlis.
