Elcora Advanced Materials Looks to Extend Convertible Promissory Note Maturity Date

04:44 PM EDT, 10/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Elcora Advanced Materials ( ECORF ) after trade Monday said it plans to amend the terms of an 8%, unsecured convertible promissory note with a principal amount of $102,750.

The company said it plans to change the maturity date of the note from Sept. 27 to March 27, 2025.

The note can be converted in whole or in part into shares priced of $0.05 each.

The company's shares closed unchanged at $0.02 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
