Electra Battery Materials Corp. Says has Received TSXV Approval to Issue Common Shares in Capital of the Co

07:31 AM EDT, 03/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Electra Battery Materials Corporation ( ELBM ) on Wednesday announced that the TSXV has granted it approval to issue common shares in the capital of the company, to satisfy US$400,732 of interest payable to certain holders of US$51 million principal amount of 8.99% senior secured convertible notes, under the terms of the agreement announced February 27, 2024.

The issue of shares is expected to occur on March 21.

Electra Battery is unchanged in US premarket trade.
