Electrovaya Signs Battery Supply Deal With Janus Electric for Class 8 Electric Trucks

07:51 AM EDT, 07/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Electrovaya ( ELVA ) said Tuesday that it has signed a commercial supply agreement with Janus Electric Holdings to deliver high-voltage lithium-ion battery systems for electrified Class 8 trucks.

The batteries will use Electrovaya's ( ELVA ) Infinity cell technology and support Janus' swappable battery platform for converting diesel trucks, the company said.

Australia's heavy freight routes require high-performance, durable battery systems, Electrovaya ( ELVA ) said.
