08:27 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Element 29 Resources ( EMTRF ) intends to complete a C$12 million non-brokered private placement, it said in a statement on Friday.

The offering will consist of the issuance of up to 7.3-million common shares at C$1.65 apiece. Proceeds will be used to fund exploration activities across its portfolio of copper projects in Peru, it said.

Shares of the company closed up 0.6% to C$1.69 on Thursday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
