05:17 PM EDT, 08/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Element Fleet Management ( ELEEF ) Wednesday after-hours reported higher second-quarter adjusted earnings and revenue.

Adjusted operating earnings, which exclude most one-time items, rose 7% to US$161.9 million, or US$0.30 per share, from US$152.9 million, or US$0.28, a year earlier, meeting the consensus analyst forecast of US$0.30 per share, according to FactSet.

Net revenue, which increased 5% to US$290 million, beat analysts expectations of US$288.6 million.

Adjusted ROE improved 120 basis points to 17.5%.

Element Fleet will pay a quarterly dividend of C$0.13 on Oct. 15.

The company's shares closed unchanged at $36.83 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
