05:44 PM EDT, 09/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Elevai Labs ( ELAB ) has closed a securities offering for about $8 million in gross proceeds, placement agent Univest Securities said late Tuesday.

The offering consisted of about 28.6 million common shares or pre-funded warrants in lieu of such shares for $0.28 each.

Elevai ( ELAB ) shares were up nearly 9% in after-hours activity.
