04:49 AM EDT, 10/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Elevra Lithium ( ELVR ) said Sunday that Dougal Elder stepped down as its chief financial officer and will be succeeded by Christian Cortes, effective Monday.

Elder will remain with the company for three months to facilitate a smooth transition, according to the statement.

Elevra said Cortes previously served as Arcadium Lithium's chief integration and transformation officer.
