e.l.f. Beauty Q4 Adjusted EPS, Net Sales Increase; Issues Fiscal 2025 Outlook -- Shares Fall After Hours

04:27 PM EDT, 05/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- e.l.f. Beauty (ELF) reported Q4 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.53 per diluted share, up from $0.42 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.33.

Net sales for the quarter ended March 31 were $321.1 million, up from $187.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $292.4 million.

The company said it expects fiscal 2025 adjusted diluted EPS between $3.20 and $3.25 and net sales between $1.23 billion and $1.25 billion.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $3.56 and $1.27 billion.

The company's shares were falling past 9% in recent after-hours activity.
