Eli Lilly Approves $15 Billion Share Buyback Plan; Dividend Raised

04:31 PM EST, 12/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Eli Lilly ( LLY ) said late Monday that its board authorized a new $15 billion share buyback program.

The company said the previous $5 billion share buyback program was completed in Q4 2024.

The company also raised its dividend for Q1 2025 to $1.50 per share, payable on March 10 to shareholders of record on Feb. 14.

The shares of Eli Lilly ( LLY ) were rising 0.7% in after-hours trading.
