03:14 PM EST, 01/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Eli Lilly and Company ( LLY ) is partnering with InduPro Therapeutics to develop bi- and tri-specific oncology therapeutics, InduPro said Wednesday.

They will collaborate on up to three targets using InduPro's proximity-guided platform, for a total deal value of up to about $950 million, the company said.

Eli Lilly ( LLY ) will also make an equity investment in InduPro, it added.
