09:20 AM EDT, 07/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Eli Lilly ( LLY ) said Wednesday that Gordon Brooks will serve as interim chief financial officer, starting July 15.

Brooks currently serves as group vice president, controller and corporate strategy of the company, Eli Lilly ( LLY ) said.

He will succeed Anat Ashkenazi, who resigned as CFO to pursue another opportunity, the company said, adding Ashkenazi will remain at Eli Lilly ( LLY ) through the end of July.
