Eli Lilly Reportedly Sells Imclone Systems to Celltrion for $330 Million
Sep 23, 2025 4:15 AM

06:43 AM EDT, 09/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Eli Lilly ( LLY ) has sold Imclone Systems to Celltrion's US unit for $330 million, multiple media outlets reported Tuesday, citing a regulatory filing in South Korea.

Celltrion reportedly said it plans to complete the factory acquisition process by the end of the year.

The two key products that the company sells in the US, as well as future launches, are expected to be shielded from US tariff exposure following upgrades and expansions to the facility, Reuters reported.

Eli Lilly ( LLY ) and Celltrion did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment on the matter.
