Eli Lilly to Build 4 Pharma Manufacturing Sites in US

09:53 AM EST, 02/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Eli Lilly ( LLY ) said Wednesday it intends to build four new pharmaceutical manufacturing sites in the US, bringing the company's total US capital expansion commitments to over $50 billion since 2020.

Three of the future US sites will focus on producing active pharmaceutical ingredients, while the fourth will extend Eli Lilly's ( LLY ) global parenteral manufacturing network for future injectable therapies, the company said.

The new sites are expected to create more than 3,000 high-skilled jobs and about 10,000 construction jobs, the company added.
