Ellomay Capital Project Companies Agree to Renewable Energy Deal

03:44 AM EDT, 07/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ellomay Capital ( ELLO ) said Monday that three Italian project companies in which it indirectly holds a 51% interest signed nine-year power purchase agreements with Statkraft, a European generator of renewable energy.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal covers 75% of the capacity of three solar plants in Italy's central-south region, with a combined capacity of approximately 38 megawatts, the company said.
