Ellomay Capital Unit Obtains $114.3 Million in Financing for Italy Power Projects

03:40 AM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ellomay Capital ( ELLO ) said Sunday its Luxembourg subsidiary has procured up to 110 million euros ($114.3 million) in financing from a European institutional investor.

The financing is for three Italian solar power projects with a total capacity of 38 megawatts and other projects with a total capacity of about 160 megawatts.

The financing will be provided using 4.50% senior secured notes due 2047 issued in multiple tranches, the company said. The financing is expected to close in the coming weeks.
