Elme Communities Q4 Core FFO Unchanged, Revenue Rises; Strategic Review Launched

05:09 PM EST, 02/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Elme Communities ( ELME ) reported Q4 core funds from operations late Thursday of $0.24 per diluted share, unchanged from a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.24.

Real estate rental revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 rose to $61.3 million from $58.9 million a year earlier. Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $60.5 million.

For 2025, the company expects core FFO of $0.91 to $0.97 per share. The consensus is for $0.94.

Elme said its board launched a formal evaluation of strategic alternatives and will assess "all options" as part of the process.

The board kept the company's quarterly dividend at $0.18 per share, payable April 3 to shareholders of record March 19.
