01:38 PM EST, 12/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Billionaire Elon Musk on Friday revealed in a post on X that the US Securities and Exchange Commission issued him a "settlement demand" following a multi-year investigation into "the Matter of of Certain Purchases, Sales and Disclosures of Twitter Shares."
