11:05 AM EDT, 09/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tesla's (TSLA) Chief Executive Elon Musk's xAI has received an 18-month OneGov agreement to provide its Grok artificial intelligence models to federal agencies for $0.42 per organization, effective immediately, the US General Services Administration said Thursday.

Under the terms, US federal agencies will have access to Grok 4 and Grok 4 Fast advanced reasoning models. The contract runs through March 2027, the federal agency said.

xAI will continue to collaborate with President Donald Trump and his team to "rapidly deploy AI throughout the government for the benefit of the country," Musk was quoted as saying by the GSA.

xAI did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.

Tesla's stock was down 3.3% in recent Thursday trading.
