04:33 PM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Elong Power ( ELPW ) said Monday it has received a notice from Nasdaq stating that it is not in compliance with a listing rule because it has not yet filed its Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2024.
The rule requires listed companies to timely file periodic financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said.
The company has 60 calendar days from receipt of the notice to file to the stock exchange a plan to regain compliance, Elong said, adding it's working on the Form 20-F and plans to file it in that time period.
Elong shares were rising 3% in recent after-hours activity.
