08:24 AM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Eloro Resources ( ELRRF ) Thursday said exploration drilling at its Iska Iska project in Bolivia showed high-grade zinc mineralization.
The company said best results from two holes drilled into the project's potential Santa Barbara starter pit area included 1.72% zinc over 456 meters of core and 1.27% zinc and 24.51 grams per tonne of silver over 154.5 meters.
Eloro said the definitional drilling program has extended the known resource to west of the planned pit area, while it remains open to the east.
"We are encouraged by these latest drill results at the Santa Barbara zone. They are successfully infilling areas that were previously characterized as waste in the Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) due to a lack of drilling data, and are expected to contribute to both the expansion and upgrading of the mineral resource for the upcoming Preliminary Economic Assessment," chief executive Tom Larsen said in a release.
Eloro shares closed unchanged at $1.50 Wednesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
