Eloro Resources Raises C$14 Million in Private Placement

12:00 PM EDT, 09/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Eloro Resources ( ELRRF ) Thursday said it closed its previously announced "bought deal" private placement for C$14 million, which includes the exercise in full of the over-allotment option.

The company, pursuant to the offering, sold 12.2-million units at $1.15 a piece. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to buy a share at C$1.60 on or before Sept. 4, 2028

Proceeds will be used for continued exploration and development of the Iska Iska project in southern Bolivia as well as general corporate purposes and working capital needs.

Shares of the company were last seen down about 1% at $1.07 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
