08:31 AM EDT, 03/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Eloro Resources ( ELRRF ) on Tuesday said drilling at the Iska Iska silver and tin project in Bolivia showed high-grade silver mineralization.

The company said best results on one hole, part of a program to identify a potential pit for a mine at the site, included 90.2-grams per tonne of silver over 309 meters of core.

The hole is one of 11 completed to date, totaling 5,799.4 meters. The company said that as it expands the definition drilling program the frequency of high-grade silver values greater than 50-grams per tonne that have been encountered has increased significantly.

"It is imperative that the company move forward quickly with more infill and step out diamond drilling initiatives in these newly defined high grade metal zones both in the tin domain and the silver polymetallic domain. These results should add greatly to the potential economic value in the next phase PEA study," chief executive Tom Larsen said in a release.

Eloro shares closed down $0.04 to $0.86 Monday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
