09:44 AM EST, 02/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Embraer ( ERJ ) said Wednesday that the offer to purchase for cash any and all of the outstanding 5.4% senior unsecured guaranteed notes due 2027 issued by its Embraer Netherlands Finance unit has expired, with about $249.7 million of the notes validly tendered.

The company said about $272.4 million aggregate principal amount of the notes remain outstanding following the offer's settlement date.
