SAO PAULO, Oct 6 (Reuters) - Brazilian planemaker
Embraer ( ERJ ) said on Monday it had accepted $600 million
in early tenders for two series of outstanding notes and would
extend the same premium to all holders who submit by the final
deadline.
The outstanding notes are issued by Embraer Netherlands
Finance and managed by Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.
Embraer ( ERJ ) will now offer the full consideration including a
$50 premium per $1,000 principal to all notes tendered by the
expiration date of October 21. The buyback follows Embraer
Finance's $1 billion offering of 5.4% senior unsecured notes due
2038, priced on September 22.
