10:39 AM EST, 02/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Embraer ( ERJ ) said Wednesday it launched a cash tender offer to buy outstanding senior unsecured guaranteed notes due 2027 and 2028 issued by Embraer Netherlands Finance B.V.

The offer covers all $522 million of 5.400% notes due 2027 and up to $150 million of 6.950% notes due 2028, the company said.

Holders of the 2027 notes have until Feb. 11 to accept the offer, while holders of the 2028 notes can tender until March 6.

Shares of Embraer ( ERJ ) were up 11.5% in recent trading.
