02:35 PM EDT, 08/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Embraer ( ERJ ) said Monday it has secured a contract with the Uruguayan Air Force to deliver up to six A-29 Super Tucano aircraft.

The company said it will start by delivering one aircraft in 2025, including mission equipment, integrated logistics services and a flight simulator, making the country the sixth operator of the aircraft in South America.
