06:57 AM EDT, 10/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Embraer ( ERJ ) has sold four C-390 Millennium multi-mission aircraft to Sweden, along with seven additional purchase options that could be used by other European nations, the company said in a regulatory filing dated Monday.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition is part of a procurement and interoperability partnership between Austria, Sweden, and the Netherlands, the company said.

Shares of the Brazilian aircraft manufacturer were up 1.7% in recent premarket activity.
