10:35 AM EST, 12/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EMCOR ( EME ) said Monday it has completed its sale of EMCOR UK to OCS for an enterprise value of about 190 million pounds ($252 million).

EMCOR ( EME ) said it plans to use proceeds from the deal to boost its electrical and mechanical construction and mechanical services businesses, including via acquisitions.
