Analysts polled by FactSet expected $5.70.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $4.30 billion, up from $3.67 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $4.11 billion.
The company said it now expects 2025 adjusted EPS of $24.50 to $25.75 on revenue of $16.4 billion to $16.9 billion. It previously projected adjusted EPS at $22.65 to $24 on revenue of $16.1 billion to $16.9 billion.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $23.78 and $16.46 billion, respectively.
The company's shares were up 3.7% in recent premarket activity.
