08:45 AM EDT, 03/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Emera ( EMRAF ) on Wednesday said Greg Blunden, the company's chief financial officer since 2016, has been appointed executive vice president finance for Emera USA.

Blunden will oversee finance for Tampa Electric and Peoples Gas, Emera's ( EMRAF ) largest and fastest-growing utilities. Demand in Florida for electricity and gas services continues to grow and it is where 80% of Emera's ( EMRAF ) $20 billion capital plan will be invested over the next five years, the company said.

Blunden will remain as CFO until a replacement is appointed.
