Emerald Holding Q2 Loss Narrows, Revenue Rises

06:59 AM EDT, 08/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Emerald Holding ( EEX ) reported Q2 net loss Monday of $0.01 per diluted share, narrowing from $0.03 per share a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.00.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $105.5 million, up from $86.0 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $100.2 million.

The company added that it is reaffirming its previously stated fiscal 2025 guidance of $450 million to $460 million of revenue.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $453.5 million.

Emerald shares were up 3.7% in recent premarket activity.

SEBI banned Gaurav Dedhia, who was employed as a chief dealer with IDBI Capital Markets and Securities Ltd, and his sister Kajal Ilesh Savla. The regulator has restrained the two persons "from buying, selling or dealing in securities, either directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever until further orders".
