03:52 PM EDT, 03/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Emerald (EEX) said Monday it will buy This is Beyond, a producer of seven B2B events in the experiential and luxury travel industry, to diversify its portfolio.

The deal is expected to close in Q2, the company said. This is Beyond's portfolios include PURE Life Experiences and LE Miami.

Shares of the company were up over 5% in late trading.
