Emeren forms special committee to evaluate go-private proposal

March 28 (Reuters) - Renewable energy company Emeren ( SOL )

said on Friday it has formed a special committee to

evaluate a go-private proposal it received earlier this month.

The company also said Yumin Liu would step down as the chief

executive officer effective April 30.
