08:37 AM EDT, 04/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Emeren Group ( SOL ) said Friday it received a non-compliance notice from the New York Stock Exchange due to the delayed filing of its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31.

The solar project developer said it has a six-month period, until Oct. 16, to submit the Form 10-K and regain compliance and that it currently expects to make the filing within that period.

Emeren ( SOL ) shares were 1.7% lower in recent premarket activity.
