Emeren Group to Develop Battery Storage Projects in Italy With Glennmont Partners

10:34 AM EDT, 03/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Emeren Group ( SOL ) said Friday it has signed an agreement with Glennmont Partners from Nuveen to co-develop 155 megawatts of battery storage projects in Campania and Puglia in Italy.

The companies intend to start construction in late 2025 and start operations in early 2027, Emeren ( SOL ) added.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

Shares of the company were up 3.1% in recent Friday trading.
