Emerson Electric Completes Sale of Remaining Stake in Copeland JV to Blackstone

04:51 PM EDT, 08/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Emerson Electric ( EMR ) has completed the sale of its remaining 40% stake in the Copeland joint venture to private equity funds managed by Blackstone (BX), the companies said Tuesday.

The companies previously said that the deal was valued at around $3.5 billion.

Copeland offers products ranging from compressors to thermostats.
