06:50 AM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Empery Digital ( EMPD ) said Monday it entered into a borrowing facility to provide it with immediate access to $25 million for share repurchases.

The company expects to secure an additional $75 million in borrowing capacity through an uncommitted facility to fund more share repurchases, it said.

Empery Digital ( EMPD ) shares were down 11% in recent premarket activity.
