04:49 PM EDT, 07/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Empire State Realty Trust ( ESRT ) said Monday it signed a new lease with Mott MacDonald NY for a full-floor, 25,372-square-foot space at the Empire State Building.

Mott MacDonald will also continue to occupy its existing 18,434-square-foot space at Empire State Realty's ( ESRT ) 1400 Broadway property, the company said.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
