05:04 PM EDT, 10/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Empire State Realty Trust ( ESRT ) reported Q3 core funds from operations late Monday of $0.26 per diluted share, up from $0.25 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected FFO of $0.24 per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $199.6 million, compared with $191.5 million a year earlier.

Two analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $194.8 million.

The company narrowed its 2024 core FFO guidance to between $0.92 and $0.94 per share, against the previous outlook of $0.90 to $0.94 per share. Analysts polled by Capital expect FFO of $0.93.

Shares of Empire State Realty Trust ( ESRT ) were up 5% in after-hours activity.
