Empire State Realty Trust Signs Office Lease With Kearney

04:36 PM EDT, 07/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Empire State Realty Trust ( ESRT ) said late Monday it signed a new office lease with consultant management firm Kearney for a 27,866-square-foot duplex on the two highest floors at the Empire State Building.
