12:24 PM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Empro Group (EMPG) shares were up sharply in their trading debut on Nasdaq Wednesday after the company priced its initial public offering of nearly 1.4 million shares at $4.00 per share.

The stock was up more than 16% at $4.65 in recent trading after opening at $4.26.

The beauty and personal care brand headquartered in Malaysia granted its underwriter, R.F. Lafferty, a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 206,250 shares. The offering is set to close July 3.
