09:21 AM EDT, 09/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- EMX Royalty ( EMX ) appointed Stefan Wenger as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1.

Wenger previously served as CFO and treasurer of Nasdaq-listed Royal Gold.

He takes over from Douglas Reed who has transitioned from CFO to become EMX's chief accounting officer. Ryan Hindmarch, currently corporate controller, has been appointed as the Director of Finance.
