02:53 PM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Enbridge ( ENB ) filed Tuesday a preliminary prospectus supplement for an offering of notes comprising five series, including senior notes due 2027, 2034, 2054 and floating rate senior notes due 2027.

Separately, Bloomberg reported that the firm has begun marketing a bond sale with five parts and is targeting to raise $2.5 billion.

The company said it intends to use the proceeds to reduce its debt and to finance growth opportunities.
